How long does the production take?
We custom-make all of our bumpers, production takes between 5-10 business days.
Who delivers my order?
We use a 3rd party delivery company in order to fulfill all orders placed on the website. Very large orders may be delivered by us personally.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship anywhere within Dubai city limits for free. Shipping costs to other Emirates are between 150-500aed.
What if I choose free installation?
After you place your order, you can book a slot to drop your car. We recommend that you book an appointment 10 days after your order, to ensure your bumper has been made. Installation will take 1-2 working days, your car will need to be parked at our garage for the duration.
How do I schedule my delivery?
The courier company will contact you on the day of delivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery, you can schedule the delivery on a day and time where you will be available.
How long does it take until I receive my order?
The production itself takes 5-10 working days. Shipping takes 1-2 working days.
Do you ship world wide?
You can contact here for inquiries to shipping to other countries.
Refund FAQs
What forms of payment do you accept?
We offer card payments, and payment in installments (Tabby & Tamara).
Do you offer refunds?
If your order is cancelled within 24 hours you will receive a full refund. If the bumper went into production already, you will receive a refund of 40%.
What if I change my mind while you are working on the car?
If we already started working on the car, we will not issue a refund and an additional fee of 1050aed labor charge will occur.
